Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information RIGHTARROW ("RIGHTARROW", "we", "us") collects through www.rasources.com and our related services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our consultation or partner forms — or email us directly — we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, company or firm, role, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host may record standard technical data such as browser type and general usage information. We keep this to a minimum and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website.

2. Cookies & local storage

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember display preferences, such as a light or dark theme. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

3. Third-party services we rely on

Form delivery. Submissions from our forms are processed and delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service; your submission passes through their systems on its way to info@rasources.com.

Typography. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those font files.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you about your request, and to meet our legal and reasonable business record-keeping obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate this site (such as the form processor described above), where required by law, or where necessary to establish or protect our legal rights.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business and record-keeping purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

7. International processing

We operate from the United States and India and support clients internationally. Your information may therefore be processed in those locations. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided by emailing info@rasources.com. Depending on where you live — for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have additional rights, and we will honor applicable requests.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
